Some Calculus II Course Materials

I have taught the Calculus I, II, III sequence since I was a graduate student. Using about six authors, in about 20 different editions. And in three time zones and two languages.
During this time I have taught about 40 university classes of Calculus I and 15 each of Calculus II and Calculus III.
I have repeated seen the absolute necessity of a strong understanding of Algebra for success in Calculus.
